Shipping Policy

Most of the jewelry in my store is made-to-order. The time necessary for completion is usually 1-14 business days. Despite this time frame, I usually do my best to complete and ship pieces much sooner. If you need the jewelry piece faster, please send me a message and I can see what I can do. The ready to ship items will be shipped as soon as possible. Import duties, taxes or other charges are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. You should check with your country’s customs office to determine these additional costs prior to buying. I do not under-value products or claim ‘gift’ on customs forms. All items are shipped via FedEx and require signature confirmation. Shipping time is about 2-3 business days. It costs 30USD. Please notice: There is also an option of shipping by priority registered mail. Shipping worldwide by priority registered mail, takes approximately 10 days to 21 business days, within EU 5-7 business days. Shipping costs worldwide via priority mail is $14 If an address does not accept/pick up a package and the order is shipped back to me, a buyer covers repeat shipping costs. IMPORTANT! I can not be responsible for uninsured items that are lost, damaged, or late due to postal delays! Thank you for understanding!

Return Policy

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
I try to describe each item as accurately as possible. If you receive the item and there is a flaw that was not mentioned or it was damaged in shipping I will gladly issue a refund as long as you contact me within 14 days of receiving the item. You ship the items back to me at your own cost. Please contact me if you have not received your item within 14 business days after your confirmed payment was made, and I will do my best to track your package.
Made to order items cannot be refunded. I offer a one-time, complimentary resizing (The resizing is free of charge however the customer pays the shipping costs both ways). Please contact me if you are interested in having your ring resized.
